2024-2025
Class List

Groups for ages 0-6

  • HOPE nursery is set up to provide a safe, fun “class” for babies and toddlers with lots of distractions and a general, flexible routine that can be altered to fit the needs of the group each co-op day. Our goal would be to incorporate pretend playing, simple art projects, active play, simple snacks, and a “lesson” each meeting. Children who are NOT potty trained should bring 3 diapers in a gallon Ziploc bag with their name on it to leave at HOPE in a tote. Teachers will inform parents when more diapers are needed. Please also bring your own labeled diaper bag with an extra set of clothes and extra diapers each co-op day.

I've been going to hope Co-op for 5 years and I just graduated this last year. I was a missionary for Child Evangelism Fellowship and trained to teach the program. I'm so excited to get back to this and help your kids learn more about the Bible; and, hopefully, grow relationships with them.

  • During this time the kids will get to play a variety of games and puzzles.

  • Art class this year will expose the students to a variety of art techniques and mediums, history, and well known artists, as well as how the beauty of art can be found all around us and experience the happiness we can feel in the creative process! We will express our appreciation for all of God’s creations through art. Students will be encouraged to explore and create in ways that reflect their own personal interests and experiences.

Job 12: 7-10 - But ask the animals, and they will teach you, or the birds in the sky, and they will tell you; or speak to the earth, and it will teach you, or let the fish in the sea inform you. Which of all these does not know that the hand of the LORD has done this? In his hand is the life of every creature and the breath of all mankind.

I have been involved with HOPE co-op for several years. This homeschool community has been a blessing to me and my family and is a joy to be a part of! I am looking forward to guiding the children through the discovery of finding beauty in God’s world and capturing it through art!

  • My goal is to present music as a fun and joyful expression of art and learning about other styles and things pertaining to music as expressions to firstly God and then to each other. We will learn scripture, basic music theory and have opportunities for the children to present their art to the class whether it be music, dance, art, paintings, or even reading a favorite book! Let us learn more about God together through music so that we can show others more about God through us!

Matthew 5:16 - Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven.
